Picking Up the Body
When Police or Hospital informs us about an unclaimed body, our ambulance team reaches the spot immediately. We handle the body with care and respect.
Bathing & Preparation
We do not just burn the body. We bathe them (if possible), wrap them in a clean new cloth (Kafan), and put flowers. We treat them like our own brother or sister.
Cremation (Antim Sanskar)
We take the body to the Ghat. We arrange wood, ghee, and a priest (Pandit). We perform the Mukhagni (lighting the pyre) ourselves if no one is there.

Our duty does not end at the fire. We collect the ashes and immerse them in the Holy Ganga so their soul rests in peace.
